My name is Sanaz Molavi Underwood. Ever since I moved to the US from Iran in 1998, people started calling me Sunny. I am Persian and the meaning of my name, Sanaz, is Grace. Grace is Love in action and that is my mission!  

Some of the challenging yet rewarding experiences in my life that have been sculpting my personality and have contributed to the growth of my Soul are living through revolution and war, being a single mom, and doing end-of-life work for over 17 years. 

Through the trials and tribulations of this earthly journey, I became familiar with the feelings of being discriminated against due to my gender and ethnicity and developed skills to heal those frustrations and wounds. I learned how to be resilient and kept myself healthy by learning and then implementing various methods of stress management.

I developed much appreciation for life through my job as an end-of-life practitioner. I learned from my patients to live fully and love fully. I feel privileged to have held space for over 800 Souls as they fully transitioned with peace and comfort into the world of Spirit. I respect and honor all ethnicities and beliefs and see myself as a part of a beautiful diverse family of humanity. We are Souls that have chosen to live in the Earth School and unfold the qualities of love, compassion, and wisdom.

My mission is to Be Love in action.  Our Essence is Love and we can learn how to better cultivate our True Essence through mindfulness and spiritual practices.  As we embody our True Essence, rather than searching for the source of love outside of us, we can find the contentment inside. Being Love is not only healing, but also an immense source of joy. It transforms the body, mind, and spirit to its fullest divine potential.

I have a passion for healing and teaching. My approach as a Holistic Life Coach and a Health Psychologist is through addressing the whole being, which includes body, mind, and spirit.
